The wireless sensor networks (WSN) are Ad_Hoc networks. They were born thanks to the extraordinary advance of the nanotechnology that allowed to achieve suitable costs, limited(small) size, low power consumption and limited processing. These network structures are based on nodes, called sensor nodes. A routing algorithm is proposed. The ideal way of the messages towards the sink includes the minor quantity of hop. The algorithm is tolerant to failures in the network, and proposes solutions to re-set it and to find alternative routes to the sink. Besides, the arrival of the messages to the base station is guaranteed.
