El presente artículo se propone debatir en torno a los sentidos contrapuestos que aparecen
en las discusiones previas al tratamiento parlamentario de la Ley de Emergencia Social
en el año 2016. Se busca, a partir del registro etnográfico de una jornada de debate entre
académicos en el Senado de la Nación, reconstruir la trama que constituye el campo de
límites y posibilidades de un proceso que proponemos como de institucionalización de la
economía popular en la argentina actual.
This article proposes to debate around the opposing senses that appear in the discussions prior to the parliamentary treatment of the Social Emergency Law in 2016. It is sought, from the ethnographic record of a day of debate among academics in the Senate of the Nation, to reconstruct the plot that constitutes the field of limits and possibilities of a process that we propose as of institutionalization of the popular economy in the current Argentine.
