La ciudad de Rosario presenta una conformación demográfica de una gran diversidad sociocultural, a partir de la cual se fueron cimentando una pluralidad de lazos sociales, que adquirieron características peculiares en los distintos barrios. Este artículo explora la trama de relaciones que se fue forjando entre las diferentes familias de inmigrantes extranjeros y aquellas que arribaron de otras provincias hacia Rosario; expone las formas en que se fue construyendo la diversidad sociocultural en Tablada, un barrio de la ciudad de Rosario. El trabajo revela a través del recorrido que realiza, buceando en la historia de la conformación del barrio e indagando en las interacciones del presente cómo, ante las nuevas políticas neoliberales, se erigen “fronteras de fricción social” en el proceso de ocupación de los espacios barriales.
The city of Rosario presents a demographic conformation of a great sociocultural diversity from which were built a plurality of social ties, which acquired peculiar characteristics in different neighbourhoods. This article explores the relations that was forged between the different families of foreign immigrants and those who arrived from another provinces towards Rosario; exposes the ways in which was built sociocultural diversity in Tablada, a suburb of the city of Rosario. The work dives in the history of neighbourhood conformation and searches in present interactions, revealing how “social friction frontiers” stand facing new neoliberal policies, in the process district spaces occupation.
