Distintos estudios han destacado la importancia de los testimonios de los/as sobrevivientes de los CCD para la conformación del Informe de la CONADEP, el “Nunca Más”. El presente artículo se propone indagar en la participación de estas víctimas en un territorio relativamente alejado de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Bahía Blanca, donde funcionó una delegación de la comisión. Se trabajará sobre el rol de los organismos de derechos humanos y el de la delegación local en las investigaciones, exponiendo las dificultades y las posibilidades que se plantearon en sus relaciones con las víctimas. Este trabajo intentará ser un aporte en la reconstrucción histórica de un contexto complejo, como fue el del primer año de gobierno de Raúl Alfonsín en Argentina (1983-1984).
Different studies have highlighted the importance of the testimonies of the CCD survivors for the conformation of the Report of the CONADEP, the “Nunca Más”. This article proposes to investigate the participation of these victims in a territory relatively far from the city of Buenos Aires, Bahía Blanca, where a delegation of the commission operated. Work will be done on the roles of human rights organizations and of the local delegation in investigations, exposing the difficulties and possibilities that arose in their relations with the victims. This work will try to be a contribution in the historical reconstruction of a complex context, such as the first year of Raúl Alfonsín's government in Argentina (1983-1984).
