This dataset contains the simulated and real-world instances, and the implementation of the algorithm mentioned in the paper "An Exact Approach for the Balanced k-Way Partitioning Problem with Weight Constraints and its Application to Sports Team Realignment". This piece of software requires GNU C++ 4.8 and GuRoBi 6.5.2 (which can be obtained from www.gurobi.com).
