Entre estos últimos, los actores subnacionales, léase: las regiones, provincias y municipios, han asumido un papel cada vez más activo. El objetivo del trabajo se funda en analizar las características que presenta la paradiplomacia de las provincias de Santa Fe y Córdoba con EAU y Kuwait, así como también el impacto de la misma sobre relación entre estos países árabes y el gobierno nacional, en el periodo que se extiende entre 2015 y 2022. Al respecto, se concluye que los vínculos de amistad que los dos actores subnacionales argentinos han sabido construir con sus contrapartes del Golfo Arábigo tienen un impacto positivo, potenciando la relación entre estos últimos y el gobierno nacional. En lo que respecta al diseño metodológico, el trabajo se sustenta en un diseño cualitativo, fundado en la recolección y el análisis de datos tanto en fuentes secundarias como primarias. En tanto, entre estas últimas, se destacan entrevistas no estructuradas a informantes clave que se desempeñan como funcionarios de las provincias de Santa Fe y Córdoba, así como también de la Cancillería argentina.In recent decades there has been a multiplication of actors operating in the international arena. Among the latter, the subnational actors, that’s to say: the regions, provinces and municipalities, have assumed an increasingly active role. The objective of this paper is to analyzethe characteristics presented by the paradiplomacy of the provinces of Santa Fe and Córdoba with the EAU and Kuwait, as well as its impact on the relationship of this Arabstates with the national government, in the period that it extends between 2015 and 2022.Meanwhile, it is concluded that the bonds of friendship that Argentine subnational actors have been able to build with their peers from the Arabian Gulf have a positive impact, strengthening the relationship between the latter and the national government.
