Se parte de investigaciones socio-jurídicas e interdisciplinarias que ya se han desarrollado, y otras en curso, sobre el acceso a la justicia en el marco de diferentes proyectos de investigación. Encarar esta problemática desde una perspectiva socio-jurídica, permite indagar sobre los aspectos culturales que inciden en el ejercicio de los derechos ciudadanos. Aspectos, que deben ser tenidos en cuenta a la hora de analizar la efectividad de las normas.This paper analyzes how access to justice was guaranteed to the relatives of victims of violent homicides in the context of the Coronavirus pandemic, in the city of Rosario, Argentina. It is based on socio-legal and interdisciplinary research that has already been developed, and others in progress, on access to justice within the framework of different research projects. Addressing this problem from a socio-legal perspective allows us to investigate the cultural aspects that affect the exercise of citizen rights.
