Vigil de Rosario (1977-1980), en el marco de la política educativa procesista (Kaufmann; 2006) desplegada durante la última dictadura cívico-militar (1976-1983). Específicamente, el trabajo se orienta a identificar, describir y analizar los recursos materiales, documentales y humanos instrumentados, a los efectos de poder desentramar la metodología intervencionista. Focalizaremos el examen sobre su Instituto Secundario, al tiempo que sostendremos una mirada panorámica del conjunto patrimonial, a razón de que otros ámbitos institucionales le brindaban especiales características y dinámica de funcionamiento bajo la articulación del par denominado "sistema/parasistema". Se considera que el caso representa una biografía institucional reveladora para visibilizar regularidades y desvíos de un pathos autoritario trazado por los últimos estudios historiográficos; desde aquí, se pretende colaborar en la profundización del campo, señalando sus grados, localizaciones y trayectorias.In this article we examine the case of civil-military intervention on the Popular Library 'Constancio C. Vigil', Rosario (1977-1980) in the context of educational policy processes (Kaufmann; 2006) deployed during the military dictatorship (1976-1983). Specifically, the work is to identify, describe and analyze the material, human and documentary tool for the purposes of interventional methodology to unravel. To this end, the test is cut on the Secondary Institute, while holding a panoramic view on total assets because of their historic and political-educational function, that is, to refer the impact of resources and strategies interventionist, provides understanding and communicating what happened in other areas given special institutional conditions of existence under par called "system/parasystem."
