Se propone un recorrido que abarca los contenidos curriculares, la investigación y la producción de textos de divulgación. Se sugiere una agenda de discusión cuyos puntos fundamentales son: la concepción de historia regional y su difícil relación con la historia nacional; la superación del localismo y la construcción de identidades; el análisis crítico de algunos de los materiales que se utilizan en la enseñanza.In the present article the relation between teaching and regional history of Santa Fe is analyzed.
