El 15,5% de los nacidos vivos son hijos de madres menores de 20 años, la proporción varía según las regiones del país y la persistencia de estas cifras indica que los servicios de salud y el sistema educativo no han implementado acciones ni brindado conocimientos y recursos para evitarlo. El sostenimiento de un culto oficial por parte del Estado, proceso que fue cimentando el mandato social de la mujer exclusivamente como receptáculo de vida, sin derecho a decidir sobre su integridad sumado a un proceso de naturalización de ciertos valores que acompañan ese mandato y que posicionan socialmente a las niñas y mujeres en condición de no decidir sobre sí mismas, más un proceso de escolarización que profundiza esta naturalización puesto que no promueve formas de contrarrestar el mandato dan como resultado la profundización de los procesos de exclusión y los circuitos de marginación social de las niñas y adolescentes cuya situación de vida las rotula como ‘carenciadas’. En estas condiciones, la revisión de la infancia y sus derechos es el punto de partida necesario para la construcción de una nueva subjetividad de hombres y mujeres en una sociedad justa.The pregnancy in the adolescence in the Argentina continuous in ascent.
