2015-11-112015-11-112015-11e-Universitas UNR Journal, Vol. 1, núm. 1 (8): Noviembre 20151786-1790http://hdl.handle.net/2133/5280En Marzo de 2011 la Legislatura de la Provincia Santa Fe aprueba la Ley Nº 13.178 por la que modifica la actual Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial Nº 10.160, y la Ley Nº 5531 Código Procesal Civil y Comercial de la Provincia de Santa Fe, por la cual se modifica las competencias que se le atribuyen a los Jueces de Pequeñas Causas, como así también los requisitos para acceso al cargo, requiriendo ser abogado con aprobación legislativa, ensanchando la capacidad de intervenir y resolver conflictos interpersonales, generando una juricatura ampliada. Entrándonos en el análisis de las principales modificaciones de la ley, en su artículo 3º de la Ley Nº 13.178, modifica el artículo 7 de la Ley Nº 10.160. La creación de los estamentos de la justicia, en lo referente a Juzgados de Pequeñas Causas en los conglomerados urbanos de Rosario y Santa Fe, son en realidad las creaciones mas importantes de este sistema que pretende descomprimir la administración de justicia comunitaria de cercanía – en palabra del diputado presentante Dr. Raul Lamberto.In March 2011 the Legislature of the Province of Santa Fe approved Law No. 13,178 amending the current Organic Law of the Judicial Branch No. 10,160 and No. 5531 Civil Procedure Code and Trade Act of the Province of Santa Fe, by which the powers attributed to Small Claims Judge , as well as the requirements for access to the post, requiring legislative approval to become a lawyer , widening the capacity to intervene and resolve interpersonal conflicts , generating an enlarged judiciary is modified.
