Como eslabones de continuidades, ambos acontecimientos se enmarcaron en un particular proceso histórico provincial y nacional de sensibles transformaciones. Lo demostraremos en este artículo, la carrera de Historia -bisagra o posta de la historia- no solo fue testigo de los diversos contextos y cambios educativos, sino la experiencia teórico-práctica protagónica, tendencia “del pensar y hacer” académico institucional, regional y provincial. Su inicio (de hecho, un renacer) en 1981 nos remonta a los orígenes del Nivel Terciario con la carrera de Profesorado de Historia y Geografía.The creation of the History career (1981) and the founding of the Higher Institute of Teachers N ° 3 of Villa Constitución (1964), go hand in hand.
