Por eso, se partió del concepto de sistema político, desde una concepción clásica del behaviorismo para, a partir de allí, explicar el concepto de partidos y su evolución histórica a través de sus diferentes manifestaciones, y llegar al concepto de sistemas de partidos. En ese punto se trató de analizar qué se requiere para la existencia de un sistema de partidos, además de la presencia de partidos, y se tomó el caso de la Unión Europea. Allí se buscó dilucidar si es existe un sistema de partidos a nivel comunitario.This article has the purpose to develop an explanation or better understanding of some simple concepts of political theory, which are often of difficult access to lego. We analyzed first the concept of political system from a classical behaviorist conception so as to be able to explain the concept of political party and its historical evolution through its various manifestations, and then to reach a concept of party systems. At that point we tried to analyze what is required for a system of parties to exist other than the presence of parties itself, for which we have taken the European Union as an example.
