El objetivo es conocer todos los aspectos, así como las problemáticas más comunes a las que se enfrentan. Las organizaciones de la sociedad civil (OSC) son actores clave, protagonistas de las fuerzas vivas de la sociedad, son actores demandantes de intereses específicos. Estas organizaciones de la sociedad civil pueden utilizar distintas figuras legales, tales como fundaciones, simples asociaciones, entidades religiosas, consorcios, mutuales, cooperativas y la figura que se analiza en el presente trabajo: las asociaciones civiles. (Rampello, 2021). En la actualidad, las asociaciones civiles, enfrentan el reto de sobrevivir y ser autosuficientes. Teniendo en cuenta que este tipo de organización representa un 47% del total de organizaciones sin fines de lucro registradas en el CENOC (Centro Nacional de Organizaciones de la Comunidad), es éste un universo para profundizar en su estudio acerca de cómo se lleva a cabo su gestión, qué aspectos involucra, cómo generan fondos para su subsistencia, entre otros. En la República Argentina existen más de 194.000 organizaciones sin fines de lucro registradas como asociaciones civiles, según datos oficiales, es por ello por lo que en el presente estudio se realizará un relevamiento de estas organizaciones, así como mediante diferentes herramientas, se profundizará la investigación para determinar cómo llevan a cabo la gestión de las mismas. Se está llevando a cabo un estudio cuanti cualitativo. Se realizará un relevamiento de normativas inherentes a las asociaciones civiles y encuestas a actores para entender la gestión dentro de estas instituciones. La presente investigación de tipo aplicada incorpora trabajo de campo, considerándose a la misma descriptiva porque se analizan los datos relevados y sus resultados. El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es profundizar en cuales son las problemáticas a las que se enfrentan las asociaciones civiles, tipificarlas, y establecer el grado de dependencia de los programas estatales para su supervivencia.The present paper delves into research on how civil associations manage their administrative operations. The objective is to understand all relevant aspects, as well as the most common challenges they face. Civil society organizations (CSOs) are key players, protagonists of the active forces within society, representatives of specific interests. These civil society organization’s can adopt different legal forms, such as foundations, simple associations, religious entities, consortiums, mutual societies, cooperatives and, in the case of the present study: civil associations. (Rampello, 2021). Nowadays, civil associations face the challenge of surviving and being self-sufficient. Considering that this type of organization represents a 47% from the total of non-profit organizations registered in the CENOC (National Center for Community Organizations), it becomes essential to dive in the study of how they are managed, what aspects are involved, and how they raise funds to sustain themselves, among other factors. In the Argentine Republic over 194.000 non-profit organizations are registered as civil associations, regarding official data. That is the motive for which the present study will make a review of these, as well as use different tools to further investigate and determine their management. A quantitative and qualitative study is being carried out. A review of the normative and regulations regarding civil associations will be made, as well as surveys of relevant actors to understand the internal management of these organizations. The present investigation is classified as applied research and includes fieldwork, considering itself descriptive, as it analyzes the collected data and its outcomes.
