Esos dispositivos trastocaron a todos los actores tradicionales que hicieron del debate cívico democrático su arena de combates, y a su vez generaron nuevas formas de relacionarse con las vicisitudes que fue adquiriendo el sistema de acumulación nacional a finales de la década del `90. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el nacimiento de nuevos actores que relacionan la crisis del sindicalismo tradicional y el surgimiento de nuevas formas de protesta con el ocaso del orden neoliberal argentino, enfatizando las particularidades que vivió uno de esos interpretes –el Frente Nacional contra la Pobreza- en la ciudad de Rosario, centro neurálgico de las protestas que terminaron con el gobierno de la Alianza en el año 2001.During the last three decades of the Argentine XX century a series of devices were developed that were key to achieve new ways of protest, struggle and resistance that emerged in the days of December 2001. These devices upset all the traditional actors who made the democratic civic debate their arena of fighting, and in turn generated new ways of relating to the vicissitudes that the system of national accumulation was acquiring at the end of the 90s.
