En ese momento, la provincia comienza a transformar su estructura económico-social, al ritmo de los proyectos de “Promoción Industrial” y de “Polos de Desarrollo”. El primer Congreso de Historia de Chubut se nos presenta como un observable que nos permite no sólo apreciar indirectamente algunos aspectos ideológicos y estratégicos implícitos en esa transformación, sino que también nos permiten reconstruir parte de las relaciones de poder en la provincia durante el onganiato.This paper aims to rebuild part of the dominant relationships at northeastern Chubut in the late '60s. At that time, the province was modifying its economic and social structure, through the "Industrial Development" and "Development Poles" projects.
