2018-09-122018-09-1220162618-2998http://hdl.handle.net/2133/12469En este trabajo se aborda el estudio de las representaciones rupestres del Sistema Serrano de Ventania, tradicionalmente asignadas como pertenecientes al período tardío de ocupación del área de estudio. El análisis de este tipo de evidencia arqueológica constituye una línea de investigación para la recuperación de información relativa a los grupos indígenas que habitaron el área de estudio durante el Holoceno Tardío. Se incorpora a la discusión la representación de una embarcación, motivo que ha sido considerado correspondiente a momentos finales del Holoceno en la ocupación pampeana patagónica, y que por sus características morfológicas puede aportar elementos a las interpretaciones de ocupación regional del área.This work deals with the study of cave representations of the Ventania ́s hills, traditionally assigned as belonging to the late period of occupation of the area of study. The analysis of this type of archaeological evidence is a line of research for the recovery of information relating to indigenous groups inhabiting the study area during the Late Holocene.
