Castro Rojas, Sebastián2024-06-052024-06-052023https://hdl.handle.net/2133/27226El estudio explora las consecuencias en la gestión de conocimiento, en la virtualización que produjo la pandemia de COVID-19 de los espacios y prácticas de Extensión del Módulo Productivo Periurbano (MPP) del INTA Marcos Juárez en el sitio web de YouTube. El abordaje de la problemática implicó un proceso de investigación interdisciplinar y cualitativa; en que la virtualidad o lo virtual como un espacio antropológico, de producción de sentido y de múltiples inteligencias, configuró un escenario de nuevos actores, procesos y relaciones. Una interfaz alternativa de capacitación y de contacto con el conocimiento que se expande e hibrida entre un canon del saber institucionalizado, la experiencia a campo y el ecosistema de comunicación digital. La sistematización de la experiencia se convirtió en una oportunidad e insumo para discutir el potencial de las Redes Sociales virtuales como espacio significativo para la gestión colaborativa de diversos saberes que podrían ser convertidos, combinados e incorporados al sistema de conocimiento del INTA y del MPP para actualizarlo y/o crear nuevo. Los resultados pretenden aportar una perspectiva teórica - metodológica a las estrategias de comunicación institucional y promoción del conocimiento científico en un ecosistema de comunicación participativo y multimedia.The study explores the consequences for knowledge management of the virtualization produced by the Covid-19 pandemic of the spaces and practices of the Extension of the Periurban Productive Module (MPP) of INTA Marcos Juárez on the YouTube website. The approach to the problem involved an interdisciplinary and qualitative research process; in which virtuality or the virtual as an anthropological space: for the production of meaning and multiple intelligences configured a scenario of new actors, processes and relationships. An alternative interface for training and contact with knowledge; that expands and hybridizes between a canon of institutionalized knowledge, field experience and the digital communication ecosystem. The systematization of the experience became an opportunity and input to discuss the potential of virtual Social Networks as a significant space for the collaborative management of diverse knowledge that could be converted, combined, and incorporated into the INTA and MPP knowledge system to update it. and/or create a new one.
