2019-10-152019-10-1520172422-7803http://hdl.handle.net/2133/16566Este artículo reconstruye las estrategias de intervención del Ministerio de Bienestar Social/Acción Social, desde su creación en 1966, durante el régimen de facto presidido por Juan Carlos Onganía, hasta el fi nal de la última dictadura argentina, en 1983. En relación con esto, por un lado, analiza las trayectorias, los discursos y los idearios de los funcionarios involucrados con las políticas del área. Por otro lado, da cuenta de los principales proyectos ministeriales de los diferentes gobiernos del período y las características de las políticas impulsadas e implementadas. El enfoque diacrónico que adopta el trabajo busca evidenciar los cambios y las continuidades en los actores, los discursos y las prácticas de esta agencia estatal en esos complejos años de la historia argentina reciente. De esta manera, intenta demostrar que este ministerio fue un espacio utilizado por diversos actores para proyectar distintas utopías sobre el orden social deseable.This article rebuilds the intervention strategies by the Ministry of Social Welfare/Social Action since its creation in 1966 during the de facto regime presided over by Carlos Ongania until the fi nal part of the last dictatorship in Argentina in 1983. On one hand, the paths, the speeches and the vision of the offi cers involved in the policies of that area are analyzed. On the other, the main ministerial projects from the diff erent governments of that period and the characteristics of the promoted and implemented policies are depicted. A diachronic approach is used in this work to prove the changes and continuity in the main characters and the speeches and practices by this state agency during the complicated years of the recent Argentine history.
