2025-03-272025-03-272023-012314-2634https://hdl.handle.net/2133/29134El estudio describió la mediatización del papa Francisco durante la pandemia del COVID - 19, y tuvo como objetivos específicos la identificación de las actividades en las que participó el pontífice, la categorización de los temas tratados y sus destinatarios, la identificación de los medios empleados y la descripción de las métrica en plataformas digitales. Los resultados obtenidos, bajo el método estadístico descriptivo, arrojaron mayoritariamente el uso de la comunicación audiviosual, lo que conllevó a la viralización de eventos en momentos claves del confinamiento y el posicionamiento de tendencias en redes sociales.The study described the mediatization of Pope Francis during the COVID - 19 pandemic and had as specific objectives the identification of the activities in which the pontiff participated, the categorization of the topics addressed and their recipients, the identification of the media used and the description of the metrics on digital platforms.
