Ayala, Soledad A.2026-06-012026-06-012026-05-29https://hdl.handle.net/2133/33265Este proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo investigar los alfabetismos digitales de los estudiantes de primer año de 2024 de la carrera Licenciatura en Comunicación Social de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ), como caso de estudio, a través de la interpretación de las competencias transmedia, definido por Scolari (2018), que ponen en juego cuando producen contenidos mediante sus dispositivos móviles. Además, se incluyó un análisis de los aprendizajes informales que tienen los estudiantes y que se complementan con dichas competencias. Esto dio lugar a comprender cómo están formados los alfabetismos digitales que tienen lugar hoy en las aulas. La investigación es de abordaje cualitativo (Vasilachis, 2006), principalmente. Trabajamos como estrategia metodológica (Sautu, 2001) del estudio una triangulación de técnicas de recolección de datos mediante una encuesta semiestructurada con un grupo focal para responder los objetivos planteados. De los resultados obtenidos surgió la propuesta de una plataforma participativa que titulamos Colaborativa, concebida en el marco de los alfabetismos digitales específicos de la Licenciatura en Comunicación Social de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ), la cual se focaliza en el fortalecimiento de las competencias transmedia de producción de contenido que tienen a la del celular como escenario central.This thesis project aims to investigate the digital literacies of first-year students in 2024 from the Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication at the National University of San Juan (UNSJ), as a case study, through the interpretation of transmedia competencies—as defined by Scolari (2018)—that they employ when producing content using their mobile devices. Additionally, the study includes an analysis of the students’ informal learning processes, which complement these competencies. This has allowed us to understand how digital literacies are currently shaped within the classroom context. The research follows a qualitative approach (Vasilachis, 2006) as its main methodological orientation. As a methodological strategy (Sautu, 2001), we implemented a triangulation of data collection techniques through a semi-structured survey and a focus group to address the stated objectives. From the results obtained, we proposed a participatory platform titled Colaborativa, conceived within the framework of the specific digital literacies of the Social Communication program at UNSJ.
