A través del estudio de las nociones de mujer, maternidad y cuerpo resistente tal y como son trabajadas en estos cuentos, este ensayo da a conocer algunos de los silogismos más recurrentes de su quehacer literario. Pone de relieve, además, que la construcción de un cuerpo resistente como elemento de sutura de ambas identidades –tanto la de la mujer como de la madre, de la mujer madre o de la madre mujer–se lleva a cabo a través de un arduo trabajo con el olvido y la memoria como las dos caras de una misma y cara moneda.Taking into account the foundations of the theory of world models, this paper aims to analyze three short stories from Luisa Valenzuela ́s Cuentos completos y uno más. Through the study of the notions of woman, motherhood and resistant body such as they have been worked in these short stories,this essay shows some of Valenzuela’s most recurrent syllogisms.
