A través del análisis de documentos internos inéditos y publicaciones oficiales, el artículo reconstruye el impacto de las políticas de reclutamiento en el ámbito barrial, fabril y universitario. De esta manera, éste trabajo realiza dos contribuciones importantes: explora los dilemas ideológicos y la vida interna del Partido Comunista y recrea las interacciones entre comunistas y peronistas entre 1955 y 1973. Asimismo, el artículo plantea la necesidad de reinsertar la historia del comunismo dentro de la pujante historiografía sobre la nueva izquierda en Argentina.After the 1955 coup that led to the exile of President Juan Domingo Perón, the Argentine Communist Party developed a wide range of tactics to "seduce" the working class, supplementing what the party's central committee understood as the slow but steady leftward migration by an important number of Peronist militants. Through the study of unpublished internal documents and official party publication, this article reconstructs the impact that the recruitment efforts had on the shop floor, around the neighborhood, and in the universities. As a result, the article makes two important contributions: it explores the ideological dilemmas resulting from this approach and its impact on internal party life, and it recreates the fluid relationships between communists and Peronists between 1955 and 1973.
