Sin embargo, los territorios provinciales, como en el caso de Tucumán, siguen impregnados de tensiones y disputas por la aplicación de normativas existentes, especialmente las relacionadas con la sexualidad y la diversidad sexual. Por ello, al haberse cumplido 20 años de la sanción de la primera ley argentina de salud sexual, la ley 25.673 de creación del Programa Nacional de Salud Sexual y Procreación Responsable, se propone un balance de lo sucedido en estos años en Tucumán. En este artículo se analizan de manera crítica los hitos más relevantes de estas dos décadas en materia de sexualidad, política y actores sociales en la provincia, para examinar cómo funciona la implementación de la ley y de las políticas públicas. Este análisis muestra que, en esta provincia, la presencia de los neoconservadurismos y activismos religiosos sigue vigente y es reaccionaria a los avances de derechos sexuales y (no) reproductivos.In subnational spaces, national laws are materialized through public policies and actions in tune with the recognition of human rights in Argentina. However, some provincial territories like Tucumán are still permeated with tensions and disputes over the application of existing regulations, especially those related to sexuality and sexual diversity. For this reason, having completed 20 years of the enactment of the firstargentinian law in sexual health, law number 25.673, named Creation of the Sexual Health and Responsible Procreation Program, the propose of this article is a balance of the events in these years in the province of Tucumán. This study critically analyzes the most relevant milestones of these two decades in terms of sexuality, politics and social actors in the province of Tucumán, to examine how the implementation of the aw and public policies has been.
