Conversaciones en torno a la Licenciatura en Administración con autoridades de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Estadística de la UNR

El presente trabajo propone visibilizar la mirada de las autoridades de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Estadística de la UNR, en torno a la Licenciatura en Administración, desde sus perspectivas y conocimiento, en el marco del Proyecto de Investigación titulado “Realidad Profesional del Licenciado en Administración”.
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal, desde un enfoque cualitativo. Se trabajó con entrevistas semiestructuradas, en profundidad, partiéndose de una guía de entrevista común a las seis entrevistas, ajustándose en cada caso a la entrevistada.
Las entrevistadas manifestaron durante el transcurso de las entrevistas sus acuerdos o desacuerdos en diferentes puntos, así como vertieron sus opiniones y planearon propuestas sobre dicha carrera.
De manera unánime las entrevistadas manifestaron que el común de la gente no tiene bien en claro el perfil profesional del Licenciado en Administración pero que sí se encuentra bien definido en el Plan de Estudio de dicha carrera. También coincidieron en que dicha situación se podría mejorar a través de una mayor y mejor difusión del mismo. Según las entrevistadas los estudiantes ingresantes en su mayoría tampoco tienen bien en claro el perfil, no solo de LA sino también de las otras carreras de Ciencias Económicas.
En lo que hace a los perfiles hubo un total acuerdo en que el mismo tiene que ser generalista. En cuanto a las ventajas competitivas del Licenciado en Administración se obtuvieron diversas opiniones, sobre las que hay más acuerdo con aquellas vinculadas a la versatilidad y flexibilidad del Licenciado en Administración; su visión generalista le permite comprender a la organización en su conjunto.
Todas las posturas vertidas por las entrevistadas son válidas, coexistentes, enriquecedoras y trascienden las aulas, lo que inspira a seguir trabajando sobre dicha temática en pos de una mejora continua de la excelencia y calidad educativa.
This paper proposes to make visible the view of the authorities of the Faculty of Economic and Statistical Sciences of the UNR, around the Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, from their perspectives and knowledge, within the framework of the Research Project entitled "Professional Reality of the Bachelor in Administration". A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out using a qualitative approach. We worked with semi-structured, in-depth interviews, starting from an interview guide common to the six interviews, adjusting in each case to the interviewee. The interviewees expressed during the course of the interviews their agreements or disagreements on different points, as well as expressed their opinions and planned proposals regarding the career. Unanimously, the interviewees said that the common of the people does not clearly recognize the professional profile of the Bachelor in Administration but that it is well defined in the curriculum of the career. They also agreed that this situation could be improved through greater and better dissemination. According to the interviewees, most of the incoming students do not have a clear profile, not only of LA but also of the other careers in Economics. In terms of profiles, there was total agreement that it has to be generalist. As regards the competitive advantages of the Bachelor in Administration, various opinions were obtained, on which there is more agreement with those related to the versatility and flexibility of the Bachelor in Administration; its general vision allows it to understand the organization as a whole. All the positions expressed by the interviewees are valid, coexisting, enriching and transcend the classrooms, which inspires to continue working on this subject in pursuit of a continuous improvement of excellence and educational quality.
