Resumen
Dental avulsion is one of the most adverse prognosis trauma. Root resorption after replantation is an almost irreversible fact. In this clinical case other therapeutic resources were attempted due to maintain as long as possible the traumatized tooth in the arcade.
The outcome results are encouraging and generate expectation for further treatment.
