It is investigated in functional, epistemological and ontological assumptions: the need for this t ype of analysis in the Latin American neoliberal context, the impossibilit y of analysis, and the relationship between discourse and materialit y is explored, and a methodological proposal is made that includes intertextualities and textualities. It ends with a proposal to think the CDA and other forms of critical research assuming a research program that includes the political positioning of the researcher along with aspects that ensure validit y and viabilit y to the investigations
