En el siguiente artículo abordamos una propuesta en
clave teórica para examinar el lugar liminar de la literatura
argentina en el contexto de una hegemonía massmediática.
Teniendo en el horizonte un corpus posible que dialoga
tanto con la televisión como con los nuevos formatos
digitales, pensamos dicha expresión estética atendiendo
a lo que Reynaldo Laddaga llama “una nueva ecología
cultural”, signada por “la extensión de las pantallas en
todos los espacios” (2010). A partir de allí desplegamos una
periodización histórica que tiene como eje la relación entre
arte y tecnología, para pensar el momento actual a la luz
de quiebres anteriores en el proceso de modernización.
Finalmente, a partir de la figura de Manuel Puig, destacamos
algunas de las características que resultan operativas para
pensar el cruce entre literatura y medios masivos
In the following article, we tender a theoretical key proposal to examine the liminary location of Argentine literature in the context of mass media hegemony. Having on the horizon a possible corpus that dialogues with both television and new digital formats, we think of this aesthetic expression in response to what Reynaldo Laddaga calls "a new cultural ecology", marked by "the extension of the screens in all spaces" (2010). From there we deploy a historical periodization that has as its axis the relationship between art and technology, to think the current moment in the light of previous breaks in the process of modernization. Finally, from the figure of Manuel Puig, we highlight some of the characteristics that are operative to think the cross between literature and mass media
